Human Resources

Since the establishment of this Center in 1979, it has one director. The names of the directors in each term are listed in table 1.  Starting in 1993, one research assistant was added to the Center to assist on the development of various tasks by our Center, attributed to the grant from the Ministry of Education. Since the Department of Special Education was established in 1997, the position for the director of the Center and the chair of the department of special education has been the same person. The names for the co-chair of the special education and the Center start from Tzeng Shi-Jay, Wei Jun-Hua, Xie Jian-Quan, Wei Jun-Hua, and Wu Yung-Yi (see table 1).

 Besides the more than 10 items of the regular services provided by the Center, it also has services for testing tools, books, and special equipments for loan. In terms of the management of the testing tools and the promotion of the big-scaled activities, it still requires the supports from the faculty and students of the department of the special education and the schools within the supervising districts.

 Working Environment

The Center is located on the first floor of the Teaching Building,next to the department of special education. It has an area of around15 pin, in which serves the space for the office, counseling room,testing tools and books.
